La grammatica
I'm thinking about: “Sto pensando di…”. Traduce il concetto italiano di stare per fare qualcosa. Si costruisce con to be + ing form (= gerundio) del verbo.
Es.: “Sto mangiando una mela”, I am eating an apple.
Curiosità: In inglese esiste anche la forma passiva usata soprattutto nel linguaggio formale costruita da to be+ being+ participio passato del verbo.
Es.: Somebody is using the telephone, “Qualcuno sta usando il telefono”; The telephone is being used (by somebody), “Il telefono è usato da qualcuno”.
Give in: “Arrendersi”. È formato dal verbo irregolare to give + preposizione. Da notare come il verbo cambia significato a seconda della preposizione: give in = arrendersi; give up = smettere; give out = esaurirsi; give forth= divulgare.
Le frasi incomplete

Trasforma al passivo le seguenti frasi. Poi traducile.
